## WELCOME TO CR...

BUILDING ON TRUST & TECHNICAL EXCELLENCE

Southern California’s premier partner for Building Envelope, Life Safety, and Acoustical
solutions. From high-rise hospitals to aviation terminals, we deliver the manpower
and expertise to get the job done.

## FROM INSULATION TO TOTAL ENVELOPE PROTECTION

CR Insulation was founded on a simple premise: do the work right, every time. What
began as a dedicated insulation contracting firm has evolved into a multi-trade
powerhouse serving the most demanding sectors in construction.

We recognized early on that General Contractors didn’t want five different subcontractors
for their wall and floor assemblies—they wanted one accountable partner. Today,
CR Insulation offers a turnkey solution for the entire building envelope and interior
protection scope. By integrating Firestopping, Waterproofing, and Air Barriers into
our core competencies, we eliminate scope gaps and scheduling bottlenecks for our
clients.

THE CR ADVANTAGE

 * **Single-Source Accountability:**
 * > We bridge the gap between trades. Instead of pointing fingers when an air barrier
   > doesn’t meet the window flashing, our cross-trained teams own the interface,
   > ensuring a seamless, watertight assembly.
 * **Verified Compliance:**
 * > In an era of increasing regulation, we lead with documentation. As a UL-Qualified
   > Firestop Contractor and ABAA-certified installer, we provide the paperwork,
   > logs, and labels required to pass inspection the first time.
 * **Scalable Manpower:**
 * > Whether it is a rapid-response tenant improvement or a multi-year hospital
   > tower, we have the labor force to meet aggressive construction schedules without
   > compromising safety or quality.
 * **Diversity & Inclusion:**
 * > We are proud to be a certified **Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)** and **
   > Small Business Enterprise (SBE)**. Partnering with CR Insulation helps project
   > teams meet their participation goals while receiving top-tier service.

## SAFETY IS OUR CULTURE

Construction is dangerous; our job is to mitigate that risk. At CR Insulation, safety
is not a checklist—it is a mindset. We maintain a rigorous safety program that includes
daily Tailgate meetings, site-specific hazard analysis (AHA), and continuous OSHA
training for all field personnel.

Our commitment to a zero-accident workplace protects our employees, our clients,
and the future of our company. We maintain a low EMR (Experience Modification Rate)
that qualifies us for the most risk-averse projects in the industry.”
